Complete the student application form. All applications must be notarized. Notaries are available in the Academy and Preschool offices.
Distribute the reference forms to your child's present school and to individuals providing a personal reference. These forms will be mailed directly to TCA (Academy only).
Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate.
Submit the HRS 680 and HRS 3040 forms provided by your child's doctor.
Submit copies of your child's report cards (last 2 years) and any standardized test results (Academy only).
Attach the non-refundable $50.00 application fee. This fee is per application for new students (Academy only).
Once the above information has been received, TCA will review the entire application and contact you as to the status of your application. Students being considered for acceptance into the Academy will be interviewed and may be tested for placement purposes.
Students accepted into the Academy will be notified in writing by the Admissions Department.
